We would like to propose once again one of Fabians stone sculptures which we would like to transform into abstract snow art. Our approach in snow carving is different from the regular proceeding of copy/ paste a model into snow. Our creations are based on one of Fabians sculptures which inspires us related to the project or event. Then, depending on each snow block’s unique character, the initial chosen form is supposed to be remodelled delicately while working on the block. Always following the original idea, we deal with its proposition and composition and balance. The sculptor’s finale shape is in fact improvised in situ.
